ModBar - Mods for Mobile Games
ModBar is a free Android app developed by Brigadevs that lets you mod your favorite mobile games. Currently, it supports modding for two mobile games, with more games expected to be added in the future. Please note that this app isn't a game itself, but rather a tool to help you modify games.
Before using ModBar, you need to have cleo support installed in your SA, but you don't need anything special to install mods for MSA. The app currently offers 30 unique cleo mods for SA, with more expected to be added with each update.
Using ModBar is simple and fast. First, you select the folder where you want to save the file, then the app creates the file, and you can test it by playing the game.
